
Emilios Avraam
Cyprus
Emilios is a member of the Director’s Guild of Cyprus. He holds a diploma in Audio-Visual Communication, a Bsc in Media Technology and a Digital Compositing certificate. He has worked on hundreds of productions as an editor and visual effects artist. From TV commercials, short and feature films. Within the past 8 years, he wrote and directed many music videos and two short films that screened in many festivals around the world and have won multiple awards.
He is currently developing the screenplay for his debut feature film with the support of the Cyprus Cinema Advisory Committee through international script development programmes “First Films First” and “Torino Film Lab Extended”.

Tonia Mishiali
Cyprus
Tonia is a writer/director, member of the EFA, Berlinale Talents and Midpoint TV Launch alumna and co-artistic director of Cyprus Film Days IFF. Her films have won numerous awards and been officially selected in many prestigious film festivals like the FIAPF accredited Category ‘A’ Locarno, Karlovy Vary, Cairo, Stockholm, Sofia, Kitzbuhel, Sydney, Transylvania as well as Palm Springs, Santa Barbara and Seattle.
Her debut PAUSE (2018) received rave reviews internationally, including reviews from Hollywood Reporter and LA Times, and was listed by Rotten Tomatoes as one of “20 most daring films of 2019”, having received 12 awards including the FIPRESCI. It was released theatrically in the USA and Europe and is now streaming on Amazon Prime and HBO Europe. Its screenplay is listed in the core collection of the Margaret Herrick Library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. She is now co-writing two feature film scripts, one of which participated in Sources2 Scriptwriting workshop.

Zuza Ferenczová
Slovakia
Zuza Ferenczová originally studied Theatre Dramaturgy on Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. She wrote a few critically acclaimed theatre plays and cooperated on several long running TV shows in Slovakia as script editor, scriptwriter, storyliner and creative producer.
In the last year, she wrote a radio dramatization of one of the most important Slovak novels of 20th century, called Rozum from Rudolf Sloboda. Currently, she is writing her first young adult novel, covered by the financial support of Slovak Art Council. Last year she graduated in Midpoint TV Launch 2019 program as development executive participant.
